Currently, I only ship orders within the U.S. All major credit cards are accepted as well as Venmo. You will receive an invoice with a link to make a secure payment.

All artworks and images displayed on this website or purchased are protected under copyright law and are the property of Julie Sylver. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited. No rights are transferred upon purchase.

I use only the best quality materials. I use professional-grade substrates, acrylic paints, mediums, and varnishes with superior pigmentation and vibrancy, light-fastness, and permanence. Canvases are 1.5” professional-grade. Paintings are varnished for protection from dust and fading, and to provide a uniform sheen and optimal color vibrancy.

Sometimes it takes a while to get images uploaded onto my website. Please contact me directly if you see a piece on Instagram that hasn’t made it to the website yet. 

Yes! Your artwork will be wired and ready to hang on your wall at no additional cost. 

Note that the sides of the artwork will be painted, and the work will be varnished for protection. 

Framing is available at an additional cost.

I may offer limited prints from time to time. Please contact me directly if you’re interested in a print. Provide the title of work and the size you’re looking for. 

I want you to be 100% happy with your painting (and I’m very attached to them!), so if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within three days of receipt. Artwork may be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging at the buyer’s expense. I will refund your original payment method (less shipping costs) upon receiving and inspecting the artwork. 

Prints are not returnable unless there is visible damage. 

To avoid returns, I encourage you to double-check the product dimensions, and I will be happy to send lots of photos to show color, texture, etc. in each piece. Note that color may vary slightly from your screen and in different lighting.

All orders ship via UPS within 5-10 days of order. You’ll receive a tracking number upon shipment. Orders above $250 will require a signature.
